Unveiling New Product Packaging

- Customer-Centric Improvements
- Logistics and Sustainability Benefits
- Automation Enhancements
- Sustainability Commitment
In another step towards sustainability and operational efficiency, Flowfresh is rolling out new packaging that uses paper bags with plastic linings. This packaging features a refreshed graphic (front) and detailed product descriptions (back), ensuring easy product identification and access to important information.
Customer-Centric Approach

Customer feedback played a pivotal role in driving this change. Our customers pointed out the high cost of disposing wooden crates. In response, we now use pallets, which are more cost-effective and require significantly less wood. Additionally, pallets allow better handling, making it easier for customers to access and unload materials.
Optimized Logistics and Sustainability
Switching to pallets means more cargo can be loaded into a standard 20-foot container. This not only maximizes shipping capacity but also reduces shipping costs and the overall carbon footprint associated with transportation. This approach supports customer needs and aligns with global sustainability efforts.

Enhancing Efficiency Through Automation
Speed, efficiency, and reliability – these three elements are essential in production. By incorporating an automated bagging system (including bag feeding, robotic palletizing, and stretch hood pallet wrapping machines), the new system ensures a faster turnaround time for order fulfilment. This allows us to meet tight deadlines and scale up production to address growing regional demand.
A Fresh Look
The revamped packaging now features a refreshed image alongside the brand logo and detailed product descriptions. This redesign offers a clean look where customers can easily identify products and access important information at a glance.
Commitment to Sustainability
This new packaging initiative is part of our broader strategy to minimize environmental impact while enhancing customer experience. This change reflects our dedication to creating a greener future while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality for our customers.
