Flowcrete Asia Draws a Crowd at the China Floor Expo

Flowcrete Asia has been showcasing its flooring solutions at the 11th China (Shanghai) International Floor Industry Expo 2014.

The resin flooring specialist’s booth was a hive of activity over the three days of the event, as many industry professionals arrived to find out more about the innovative systems on display.

Opening on December 4th and closing on December 6th, this event is renowned as the leading flooring materials event in China. A significant level of growth over the past decade has made it the largest and most influential professional event in the region.

At Flowcrete Asia’s stand architects, designers and specifiers gathered to learn about the Mondèco range of seamless terrazzo flooring, which boasts an almost unlimited design potential, a wide range of colours as well as exceptional performance characteristics.

Mondèco floors provide large-scale commercial environments with a wealth of creative possibilities. An innovative application technique allows for bespoke and intricate designs to be created across wide swathes of flooring and even the precise colour, shimmer and lustre of a Mondèco floor can be adapted to suit the style and image of each site.

This polyurethane system has become increasingly popular in a variety of industries, including the food & beverage and healthcare sectors. This is due to the fact that it has been designed to provide the ultimate in hygienic flooring, as the inclusion of the antibacterial agent Polygiene® means that silver ions actively target bacteria on the surface of the floor.

Alongside this bacteria killing property, Flowfresh has been designed to be hard wearing and easy to clean, facilitating the quick and effortless removal of dirt and contaminants from an area.
