Flowcrete Asia will be showcasing total flooring solutions for commercial properties on booth 4H459 at this year’s ARCHIDEX event, which is taking place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from the 4th-7th July.

Now in its 18th year, ARCHIDEX (International Architecture, Interior Design and Building Exhibition) is Southeast Asia’s most successful annual industry trade event and has been growing continuously since its introduction in 2000. Last year, the event attracted 35,500 visitors from 61 countries and of these visitors 83% were professionals and trade visitors - with 62% of this group being architects, interior designers, developers, engineers or quantity surveyors.

During the event, Flowcrete Asia will be promoting flooring systems for car parks, food and beverage facilities and kitchens as well as showcasing decorative materials for the commercial world such as its luxurious seamless epoxy terrazzo floors.

Flowcrete Asia’s terrazzo range, Mondéco, allows designers to get creative with the floor area and install bespoke, sparkling and stylish finishes in whatever patterns, shapes and arrangements they can imagine. Available with a variety of different light reflective aggregate options, from crystal mirror glass to granite chippings, its finish is incredibly eye-catching, making it ideal for use in retail, leisure and hospitality areas, such as restaurants, hotels and supermarkets.

For locations that require a more industrial coating, Flowcrete Asia’s Flowfresh range is not only eye-catching, with a range of bright colours available, but provides superior hygiene, cleanability, safety and durability properties. Formulated using Polygiene®, an antibacterial additive that inhibits the growth of bacteria by up to 99.9%, this material is especially useful in food and beverage facilities, including commercial kitchens.

Attendees will also be able to discover the Deckshield range, which offers a number of colourful and resilient deck coating solutions specifically for multi-storey car parking facilities. Exhibiting properties such as slip and chemical resistance, Deckshield is the perfect solution for high-end car parks, from the basement to the exposed top level deck.

Flowcrete Asia will also be promoting its Euclid Chemical range of waterproofing products, grout, joint fillers and concrete densifiers, which enables it to provide clients with every element of a flooring project from one single source. Visitors can also learn all about the recently launched Increte Systems Decorative Concrete range during the event and the successful use of these solutions at Genting Highland’s 20th Century Fox World theme park in Malaysia.
