Located in the heart of the prestigious Golden Triangle district in downtown Kuala Lumpur, One KL is an exclusive luxury residential development built by Shimuzu Corporation. When it came to specifying the building finishes, the developer One KLCC Sdn Bhd wanted a contemporary look combined with sustainability and performance excellence, right through to the residents' private parking areas.

Flowcrete's Deckshield car park coating system was selected for its pleasing aesthetics, superior technical properties and environmental credentials. Fully trafficable, watertight and UV stable, Deckshield is a solvent free, polyurethane resin system that carries the Singapore Green Label in the Environmentally Friendly/Low VOC Paint category.

The seamless finish and light-reflective properties enhance car park ambience and visitor experience, while reducing energy consumption. Easily cleaned, the hard-wearing formulation offers superior slip resistance and high resistance to chemicals. Available in different formulations for exposed decks, intermediate decks and ramps, the range of colours enables parking bays, driveways and pedestrian walkways to be safely delineated.

A total of some 12,000m² was installed at the iconic development which features 95 apartments, all with individual infinity pool.
