Perfection Companion Indonesia Manufacturing is part of the Charoen Pokphan (CP) Group, a new pet food manufacturing factory in Indonesia dedicated to providing high-quality pet food for the local market. Recognizing pets as lifelong companions who deserve the best possible care, the organization focuses nutrition while also ensuring the facility adheres to high sanitary and safety regulations.

When durable flooring was needed for the production facilities, PT Tremco CPG Indonesia was selected for the job. The area required a robust surface capable of withstanding the demands of production machinery and related activities. About 256 m2 of Flowcrete’s Flowfresh RT flooring system was installed in the processing area. Flowfresh RT is a heavy-duty, hygienic PU screed that provides strong durability, while its lightly textured finish facilitates great slip resistance. The incorporation of the Polygiene® antibacterial additive helps to reduce bacteria on the ground by up to 99.9%, when teamed with a regular cleaning regime.

Over 700 m2 of Flowfresh MF, a heavy duty, chemical resistant, antimicrobial polyurethane resin floor finish was installed throughout the production areas. With its HACCP International certification, Flowfresh MF is ideal for use in both F&B wet and dry handling areas.

Production got underway as soon as the project’s completion in April 2024
