Nordic European Centre, Singapore

Located in the heart of the International Business Park for Science and Technology related services, the Nordic European Centre keeps good company with the likes of Sony and Creative Technologies as neighbours.

Being an epicentre of business information technology, software development and high-tech manufacturing, the client required a modern floor that reflected the innovative space, instead of the out-dated 90’s design, and consulted Flowcrete Asia for expert advice.

For the outside walkway, 1,000 m² of the stone carpet system Rustik UV was chosen thanks to its UV stability and durability. This incredibly decorative system was chosen in complementary neutral colours that presented a very visually pleasing welcome to those entering the Nordic European Centre.

For the internal lobby and common areas, 850 m² of Flowcrete Asia’s Flowflake Kristalina was chosen in three complementary grey hues. This decorative and smooth epoxy resin floor finish was especially suited to the lobby space thanks to its ease of cleanability, durability and ability to minimise visible scratches inherent to busy reception areas.

The fresh design met the requirements of the clients and gave the building a fresh and decorative appearance from the interior to the exterior.
