In order to ensure the highest quality finishes throughout, Flowcrete's Isocrete K-Screed system was selected to provide a high strength substrate for the final flooring. Working to a very tight timeframe and in conjunction with many other trades, the self-levelling, cement-based system was installed over the 12,000 sq metre area.

The high strength, hard-wearing properties of the K-Screed provide a super flat surface for the selected marble flooring and carpet. The fast-curing and quick drying times of the K-Screed were a key advantage in keeping the project on schedule.
