Surrounded by rice paddies, coastal beaches, and palm-lined canals, Hoi An provides a peaceful setting that’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. In 2018, a new resort and golf course featuring a casino was built, and Flowcrete flooring systems were used for the car park, kitchen, and electrical room, ensuring a durable and stylish base for the hotel and casino.

Over 16,000 m² of Flowcrete’s Deckshield LBD was installed. This traffic coating system features a highly advanced polyurethane-based moisture barrier, essential for protecting the coatings in the lower basement, where humidity levels are particularly high. Deckshield LBD is also environmentally friendly and Green Label certified. Its durable, anti-slip finish, applied in shades of grey and yellow, creates a watertight and seamless surface that is both attractive and safe for drivers and pedestrians.

Once the carpark was completed, Flowcrete’s applicator commenced work on the kitchen and electricity room. Over 4,000 m² of Flowfresh SRQ was applied in the kitchen, chosen for its compliance with the stringent hygiene standards of the Food and Beverage industry. The Polygiene® antibacterial additive reduces bacteria on surfaces by up to 99.9% when used with regular cleaning. Additionally, over 16,000 m² of Flowseal EPW, a water-based epoxy floor sealer, was used to provide an easy-to-clean and seamless finish in the electricity room.
