When refurbishing its warehouse at the Mapletree Logistics Base in Jurong, Singapore, Geodis Wilson was seeking a high performance flooring solution that could be installed to a very tight deadline of just one week.

Based on project references at similar facilities, Flowcrete was able to demonstrate its ability to fulfill all the criteria by proposing a winning combination of its Flowtex PT epoxy mortar with its seamless Flowcoat HS coating system. Offering high chemical and impact resistance, the hard-wearing Flowtex PT with epoxy resin Flowcoat HS has been used in warehousing and logistics centres around the world, as well as at airport maintenance facilities.

Following preparation of the 1,800m2 area, the Flowtex PT was applied by trowel. This was followed by installation of the Flowcoat HS, providing an attractive, easy to clean surface. The entire project was completed within the required timeline.
