The ultra-fast cure properties and decorative finish of Flowcrete's Flowfast Terrosso were just two of the main attractions for leading pharmaceutical manufacturer Lonza when it was looking for a suitable flooring system for its new Singapore plant.

The plant, which provides large-scale manufacturing services for therapeutic monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins from mammalian cell culture, will operate in accordance with GMP.

Over 10,000 square metres of the Flowfast system has been installed to date in the production areas, clean rooms, laboratories and corridors.

Based on the latest methyl methacrylate (MMA) technology, the seamless Flowfast is ready for use just two hours after application.

With inherent anti-bacterial properties and adjustable anti-slip profile, the hard-wearing, easy to clean resin flooring offers excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and can withstand thermal shocks and impact.

A wide range of colour flake finishes makes for an attractive yet highly functional floor.
