Fai Leng Car Park, Hong Kong

Wholly owned by the Macau Special Administrative Region, the Fai Leng economic housing building is comprised of 33 floors and 436 housing units, complete with on-site parking for residents and the general public.

The first and second floor of the construction is home to public parking, as well as 100 private parking spaces and 100 motorcycle parking spaces. For these floors, comprehensive deck coating solutions from Flowcrete Hong Kong were chosen.

To deliver long-lasting and safe environments for the multi-storey car park, the durable, low VOC and Green Label Certified Deckshield ID from Flowcrete Hong Kong was chosen to cover both the first and second floor, covering an area of 3,150 m² each.

Aside from its excellent durability, Deckshield ID also incorporates outstanding chemical resistance, greatly reducing the likelihood of surface damage from engine oil, battery acid, hydraulic fluid, fuel and similar substances inherent in car parking facilities.
