Founded in Malaysia in 1995, Bodibasixs Manufacturing is an R&D-driven ODM and OEM producer specializing in the personal care and beauty sector. The company’s products are distributed to more than 30 countries globally. When the manufacturing plant required new flooring to accommodate its growing sales and product range, Flowcrete was called in to provide a flooring system that would ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and visitors.

The client’s floor had aged and was showing signs of wear. A total of 1,000 m² of Flowfresh MF was installed throughout the low risk production area. Flowcrete’s Flowfresh MF was chosen for its ability to maintain a seamless, hygienic surface that is abrasion-resistant and suitable for frequent traffic from both staff and wheeled equipment.

For high risk areas, Flowfresh RT was chosen for its high chemical resistance and extremely hard wearing properties.

It took less than 14 days to complete the application. Resulting in a vibrant shamrock green flooring that combines smooth and textured finishes throughout the facility that meets the client’s requirements.
