Windmill Upon Hills is a condominium development that sits upon 5.57-acres of freehold land nestled along the hills of Malaysia’s Genting Highlands in Pahang. Developed by OSK Property and completed in October 2019, this residential enclave is poised to become the new destination for highland luxury living amidst the refreshing cool weather and lush greenery.

Aiming to provide top-notch health and fitness facilities for its residents, the developer selected Flowcrete Asia to supply a flooring solution for the walkways surrounding the squash court.

With frequent foot traffic expected but a potential risk of water bottle spillages, Flowcoat SF41 was specified for the 300m² area. This specification was tailored to include an additional textured, anti-slip finish that would reduce the chance of players being injured by slipping after a game of squash.

As part of the interior design scheme, a square pattern was installed in various hues of blue. The pattern was carefully mapped out by Flowcrete’s skilled application partners, creating a crisp separation of colour for each square.

Flowcoat SF41 is an environmentally friendly solvent-free, chemical and abrasion resistant, high-build epoxy coating system that produces a hard wearing, seamless, hygienic and easy to clean surface.
